NutriCraft

Strategy. Copy. Content.

From losing price battles to winning hearts.

Problem: Alex O’Connor sells great quality wholefood ingredients to cafes and home-kitchen businesses. He keeps the prices low by cutting out the middleman and only selling online but he had always been vulnerable to competitive price drops and knew he needed to open potential customers’ hearts if he was to open their wallets.

Solution: Working one-to-one with Alex, it quickly became clear that he’s not driven by profit. He was on first name terms with many of his customers, holding himself personally responsible for providing the top quality ingredients at wholesale prices that would enable them to succeed. I talked to many of them, and they all loved him! All I had to do was share their stories and NutriCrafts’s role in their success, and we would create a celebrated community of customers, proud to be “NutriCrafters”.
