Comfortable central 2 bed flat off Abbey Road
Our centrally located flat off Abbey Road sleeps two or three. Luxurious super king Vi-Spring, so you get a good night's sleep after a long day in London. Option to book the standard-sized single bed in the sitting room - perfect for a friend or child - plus £50 a night. The galley kitchen is small but there's great food within a ten minute walk. It's a short distance from the West End and yet provides a calm and comfortable home from home. Own front door. High speed WiFi.
The neighbourhood
The flat is half an hour on public transport from the West End and around 15 minutes walk from the world famous Abbey Road recording studios. It’s also just 5 minutes from a wide range of restaurants, cafes and pubs - you really can eat the world on your doorstep.
West End Lane is a 15 minute walk. It's a vibrant local community with excellent transport links, a book shop, an M&S, Paul’s bakery, Gail’s, Waitrose and endless cafes and restaurants.
Yoga lovers will be pleased to know that the world renowned triyoga is less than half an hour's bus ride away and Yoga Loft in Queens Park and Iyengar Yoga in Maida Vale are less than a mile.
Lord's Cricket ground is a mile away, and the green spaces and vibrant cafes of London's favourite villages, Primrose Hill and Hampstead, are easily accessible.
Getting around
The flat is very well connected.
The bus stop to the West End is 4 mins walk and the buses are every 5 or 10 minutes.
There are three tube stations within walking distance:
Kilburn Park tube on the Bakerloo line is 10 minutes walk and goes straight to Paddington Station and Oxford Circus.
West Hampstead tube is on the Jubilee Line and is 13 minutes walk. It takes you to the Bond Street shops, Westminster for the Houses of Parliament and Southwark for Tate Modern.
Finchley Road tube is on the Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines and is 13 minutes walk. It will take you direct to Baker Street, Marylebone High Street, the galleries at the Barbican and Liverpool Street Station.
Kilburn High Road Overground train station is a 7 minutes walk and the train from there to Euston and Kings Cross takes less than 10 minutes.

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

The double bed is available for the use of 1 or 2 guests. If you want to use the single bed, it's an extra £50 a night, payable when booking. If you don't state you need the single bed in advance, it will not be made up.
Please note that if you do not return your keys when you leave the property at the end of your stay, you will, for security reasons, be liable for a new lock, the fitting costs and three new sets of keys. We are sorry to impose this, but we are sure you understand this is essential to keep the flat secure for us and future guests.
